Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. You will communicate with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, provide information about our services, and support client satisfaction and business growth.
Training and career development opportunities are provided. Previous industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
* Contact clients by phone, email, and digital platforms.
* Build and maintain professional relationships.
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
* Participate in virtual meetings and training.
* Meet performance targets while working independently.
Requirements
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organization and time management.
* Basic computer and digital communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace.
* Customer service, sales, or CRM experience is an advantage but not required.
