How do I create an account?
Tap "Join free", choose a username, enter your email and a password, and pick your country. It takes under a minute.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use "Forgot your password?" on the log-in page. We email you a link that lets you choose a new one.
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Settings, then tap "Change profile photo". You can also change your cover photo there or on your profile.
Who can see my posts?
When you post, choose Everyone, Followers or Only me. Posts in private groups are only visible to members.
How do I appear in dating?
Go to Settings, then Dating, add your birth year (you must be 18 or over) and turn on "Show me in dating".
How do I sell something?
Tap Marketplace, then "Post a free ad". Add photos, a price and your city. Buyers message you directly.
How do I stop someone messaging me?
Open their profile or your conversation, tap the three dots and choose Block. You can also limit who can message you in Settings, Privacy.
How do I report a post, ad or person?
Tap the three dots next to it and choose Report. Our team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, Account, and use "Delete my account". This removes your profile, posts and ads.
How do referral rewards work?
Share your invite link from the Invite page. You earn tokens for each genuine new member who joins with it. Rewards are paid weekly after checks for fake accounts.
