By using Africa.red you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use Africa.red, and at least 18 to use dating features or adults-only groups.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give Africa.red a licence to host, display and share it on the service so others can see it.
• Only post content you have the right to share, and follow the community guidelines.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Marketplace and dating

• Africa.red is a platform. Deals, dates and job arrangements are between members; we are not a party to them and don't guarantee items, people or payments.
• Read the safety tips before meeting anyone or paying for anything.

Referral rewards

Referral rewards are discretionary, are only given for genuine new members, and may be changed or ended at any time. Fake or duplicate accounts are not rewarded.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Africa.red is not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of members.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you on the site.
